Hello,
In previous version of GeoServer, I always used the Windows installer to
easily install GeoServer. Now I would like to upgrade to the last
version 2.16.0, but I don't see any of it, but I see the platform
independent binary which doesn't work as Windows service, but as command
box to let opened.
Why there is no Windows installer ? Is it anyway better to use the
platform independent binary ?
