I recently ran into the following format:
-http://www.opengis.net/gml/srs/epsg.xml#4326
Which is different from the "traditional":
-EPSG:4326
My understanding is that the former is strict about following the EPSG
database for ordinate order, while the later reverts to the dumb
ordering typified by the epsg-wkt plugin.
I was wondering if we could ask the more advanced epsg plugins to
recognize both formats? No word on if AUTO or AUTO2 is available with
an alternate SRS format.
