If nobody object, I would like to rename the following directories:
plugin/oraclespatial --> plugin/oracle-spatial
ext/shape --> ext/index-shapefile
ext/shaperenderer --> ext/shapefile-renderer
The purpose is to have directory names matching exactly the <artifactId> name.
