Best yes. I think that INCLUDE_ALL is like NONE (or that that ALL?)  
in being suitable for misinterpretation.  (Include everything in the  
filter?  Include everything in the return set?)

Your version references something external (I must be "get"ing  
something) and helps clarify what your other words are about...
