Good - lots of stuffed worked that I did not expect (javadocs, stress testing) - switching between java version was not fun, I hope I got it right - jira went well - tag and then go was good (it left trunk free and martin was kind enough to fix the geoapi sync) - having a couple of days between that TAG and the release was good (it let us talk about things without pressure)
