Ohh that is a smart move; you are correct - by splitting your milestones 
up between before 2.4.0 and after we can be much kinder to our user 
community.

I updated the template to try and make what happens with the tasks 
section more clear; and as mentioned I updated the tasks on my proposal 
so you can tell where I am at.

Starting with the method names now on trunk (since you are in your three 
day limit) is also good - we found with our proposal that it was not 
taken seriously until a few commits went by. :-)

For your task; please place it as a blocker on 2.4.x - as we don't want 
the release to go out until those names changes are done. I will hunt 
down the "martin review" step on my proposal and handle it in the same way.
