Maybe we should postdone the multi-thread EPSG work to 2.5? It may help to keep
2.4 safe (otherwise I'm scared that we may thrown unmature code in 2.4, since
we
will have few time for testing between the addition of this significant new
code
and the RC1). We need to ask to Jody; it depends on his schedule and what his
client wants.
