I have updated the task list for the CRS work in order to cover a 2.4 / 
2.5 split.

I am prepared to cut a 2.4.x branch after you have reviewed the CRS 
Authority classes (and committed to a set of names) - could we arrange a 
QA review with you on Tuesday next week? It is a holiday Monday here in 
Canada (of course we have one of Cameron's friends visiting so we will 
not be entirely restful).

I do not mind doing the testing / documentation run while on a 2.4.x 
branch - even if that means any discovered problems need to be merged 
onto 2.5. The timing sounds like it will work out; Justin is going to 
think about what names will change on the Feature side of things and get 
his deprecations in order.
