What we lack to move uDig onto trunk is the following: 1) some code still breaks on new filters 2) aggregation functions (like sum and average) are busted 3) geoapi 5 generics were giving us grief 4) Solid code examples of SimpleFeatureBuilder and SimpleFeatureTypeBuilder Issues 1 and 2 exist on 2.4, Issue 3 is resolved byt we have not had a chance to see if it was successful or not, for Issue 4 some documentaiton has been started but I am still waiting a review.
