I created my Xircles account two weeks ago and applied to join the GeoServer and GeoTools projects, but my credentials are still being refused when I try to svn commit. Xircles still lists my application as pending, but my Jira account is alive.
Who are the "project despots" for these, and how long should it take to get commit access?
