Hi Ben,

Justin is correct about procedure but you may be using Rob A. to vet
your work and he may be asking you to commit directly to svn on his
say-so. I believe he nominated you which should satisfy Justin.

You do know that svn and wiki are different accounts, right? The former
goes through [EMAIL PROTECTED] dotnet.

Ideally you would be willing to grab the OSGeo copyright assignment
agreement off the wiki and sign your copyright over to OSGeo (for all
the good reasons explained on the page). Oh, and make Rob sign it too,
all to show you are more hip than he these days. All that info is in the
developer guide which you should read to get a sense of what's in there
for when you need it.

For the xicles stuff, the process is ever changing and complex so Jody
seems to be the one who really understands it. I did notice codehaus go
down for a server upgrade this weekend and it's been rock solid for me
since then---let's hope that lasts.
