As you point out we need to get this fixed right away. My suggestion
is then simple, let's get rid of this classes for now; this means that
I will back them up locally and then I will remove them from the repo.
After we graduate I will spend a few hours trying to understand how we
can cope with this. Just to be sure we are talking about the same
thing, you were referring to the Palette stuff inside the coverage
module right?

A side note, can you please elaborate a bit on your sentence about the
single author here above since I am not sure I got it right (no
joking!). This explanation might help out in step 2 (understanding
where to place the updated code).
