Yes. We are talking about the CustomPaletteBuilder class with Sun Copyright
header. The class javadoc contains only one @author tag.
As a side note, we have meet Sun proprietary material elsewhere in GeoTools
code
a few month ago. It was a floating point parser which was basically a modified
copy of java.lang.Double.parseDouble(String). This class was commited by
someone
else years ago. The action for OSGEO graduation was to remove it. So we are
really not doing anything different with the Palette stuff.
