Justin was able to let me know that this DOM parser was still in use; as 
such we have taken the time to fix the bugs we found with it.

We can check the SE1.1 spec to see if allowances have been made; if not 
we should be feeding requirements back into the specification process.

I was thinking the GTXML SLD bindings were working - at least for test 
cases.
