clean up your module so that it just contains support for openstreetmap.
Then you'll have my +1 to commit to unsupported. Noticed that you'll
have to sign and send a contributor agreement to the OSGEO once you
get the commit rights (see
http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOT/2+Committers).
