I like the way we have done in GeoServer:
http://geoserver.org/display/GEOS/Welcome

Both community and commercial support are first level citizen
in the home page. It makes sense to me, community support in
an open source project is granted and should be quickly accessible,
commercial support is not always available so it better be in
the home page so that people do realize it's there.
