To some degree ? They are things of beauty, carefully crafted and
polished to a fine lustre.

Seriously, they are working properly and the only remaining thing was
a query about our interpretation of one of the (many) ambiguous parts
of the SE 1.1 spec about the meaning of "fallback value". I asked
about this on the relevant mailing list (which seems to have <1 post
per year) and never got an answer.

Well, not with rasters at the moment. At least not via a SLD doc until
we have a 1.1 compliant parser.
