I have finished dragging over the developers guide into trunk/docs as sphinx
documentation.
The results are published here: http://docs.geotools.org/latest/developer/guide/
Can I ask people to review over the course of the week (if you find something
you can fix it in svn).
I have caught most of the formatting errors, but I find some of the information
out of date.
I would like to shut off the wiki developers guide at the end of the week.
