With the docs being ready enough to take over discussion on the user list; I
would like to cut a milestone release. Would be a good milestone release
with a new imageio-ext and docs.
That said I am having a hard time finding a copy of Java 5 for mac
(expected) or linux (bah!).
The best instructions I found were here:

Which basically involves pulling it out of an old repository...
Assuming that works I will be in position to make a release; does anyone
else have a change they would like to get in? (Perhaps waiting for
gt-render-wkt for example?)
