Dear All,
trying to reach a first step in this cleaning effort, I have
identified this list:

- caching? Looks like an abandoned module to me
- db2
- mysql
- oracle-spatial
- sql-datastore
- geometryless
- gpx2

Can I move forward and remove these modules? We can then discuss about
better ways to have pending/dormant modules in a separate thread.

Regards,
Simone Giannecchini
