Now some more useful feedback: a question.

Does WFS have the concept of a fallback value like Symbology Encoding? It 
troubles me that we don't have a way to capturing this as part of FilterFactory 
(as even correctly created functions require a fallback value when evaluating 
in contexts outside their comfort zone).
