So we have a pull request here:
- https://github.com/geotools/geotools/pull/166
That duplicated up a few dependencies, on further inspection it looks like it
requires a newer version of JUnit then what we are using.
With that in mind can we update the following on master:
- netcdf 2.2.20 --> 4.2
- junit 3.3 --> 4.7 (or higher?)
And a new dependency management entry for the root pom.xml
- joda-time
