Apparently 4.7 has some new feature.
Note I have stalled out the unsupported module pull request for the moment:
1) as we need a contribution agreement.
It could be I just missed something, but the github user is not added to the
geotools group so I assume we don't have a contribution agreement on file.
2) Even for an unsupported module we expect a committer to come along for the
ride (to keep GeoTools from being a dumping ground)
It could be I am wrong about (2) please advise.
