- refdataset: document provenance (I can do this), decide where to store the SQL (should under two megabytes after compression) - schema jars: IP issues https://github.com/geotools/geotools/tree/master/modules/extension/app-schema/app-schema-packages - PMC discussion about managing artifacts such as refdataset and schema jars that are not part of a release, have their own versioning scheme, and may have content governed by a third party or under non-GPL-compatible licence.
