Can someone please tell me if Geotools plans on incorporating locationtechs
version of JTS into the codebase instead of vividsolutions? My understanding is
that vividsolutions is not being actively maintained anymore, and does not
support Z and ZM geometries. It appears that locationtech may have taken on
this task? and seems to be getting more attention. If so, is there an ETA on
when this might happen? Post Vegas?
