Yes, this is an other authority factory and we can plugin as many of
them as we want.
If there is a need for that and a volunter up for taking this task, I
can create a new plugin module ("gt2-srid"?) or update an existing
module ("gt2-oracle"?) and put in it a skeleton for a CRS authority
factory for SRID codes. But after the skeleton is there, we will need a
volunter for writing the actual code that create a
CoordinateReferenceSystem object from a SRID code.
