Hi Andrew,
I think you might not get much traction here.
The repo server is maintained by OSGeo for us, and we have no control over
it configuration.
Also don't think anyone here is using gigahorse.
Thinking out loud:
- Relate to whoever is behind gigahorse and see if you can turn an
exception is a particular HTTP behavior of the server
- Talk with OSGeo SAC (https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/SAC ) to see if
anyone can fix that particular issue (mind, it's volunteer based)
