Hi Andrea,
Thanks for the reference to SAC. I'll reach out to them and see if we can
figure it out. I expect I'm not the only SBT using hitting this issue.
Also, solid idea to dive into Gigahorse and see if I can figure out the
exact behavior that causes that exception. I was hoping since I had such
specific timing that it might be obvious for a maintainer of said servers.
