"Neogeographer" vs. "Paleogeographer" is not constructive -- the terms
are too devisive, and arguing over them is just silly. Neo + Paleo
geotools -- GRASS + qgis used to create data that feeds to OpenLayers,
when to use TileCache vs. just creating overviewed raster imagery, how
the cartographers of today's MapServer/Mapnik world can learn from the
print cartographers, or vice versa -- are all far more constructive, and
in the long term, *interesting* outside the lines of wankery that exist
over terminology.
