Yeah, 'key' is not a typically used key in the OSM key/value pairs: you
usually have something like 'highway', then a class, like 'secondary',
or a key like 'leisure' and a class like 'golf_course'.

http://openstreetmap.org/api/0.5/map?bbox=-124.15,41.68,-124.14,41.70

has no latency, and is updated now. By the time most of you read this
email, the currently succeeding link:

http://osmxapi.hypercube.telascience.org/api/0.5/node[key=camp_site][bbox=-124.15,41.68,-124.14,41.70]

Will be replaced by
http://osmxapi.hypercube.telascience.org/api/0.5/node[tourism=camp_site][bbox=-124.15,41.68,-124.14,41.70]

as a working link.

In fact, it did it while I was writing this email: approximate time from
edit to update of osmxapi was 7 minutes.
