Yes, but is isn't run by dogs (otherwise I'd watch it!)  : 0-),  Can you
imagine the qualifications for Miss (or Mister?) Dog Owner?  (How far can
your human throw a ball?  How many times a day do you get table scraps snuck
to you?  How many run per day do you get?  etc.)  Or even better, Miss Gerbil
