Folks, the point isn't really to hover over every message that comes on
the list in Big Brother fashion. Most of the time, moderators don't DO
much of anything aside from an occasional "You should take that to
email." or "We need to get back on topic." However, in the rare case
that someone abuses the list or we end up with a troll (remember our
foul-mouthed racist from not very long ago?) then something can be done
about it then. I suspect that the person would maybe have to do things
once or twice a year. I'm just not sure it's necessary to have a whole
bevy of moderators. :)
