I agree. People react for too easily to things they do not like on this
list. This is the usual cause of all out problems. I am not pointing
fingers. I am sure there are even occasions where I have done this.

I agree with all of this.

Even if they are not after amusement, and only after attention, even on
a sub-conscious level, ignoring them robs them of their reward and they
will go elsewhere.
