Bill,
    I hate to hear that you have decided to leave.  If we could, I'm sure 99%
of us would try and make you stay, but  I know that it is impossible to make
someone do something that they are not yet ready to do.
    I personally hope you come back someday..you have been an amazing
addition to this list and you will be missed.
