Medication is complex thing because companies often give multiple and
confusing names for the same thing. I would not be at all surprised if
Ornacycline (a formulation of a tetracycline if I am not mistaken) and
Ornacyn are the same thing but possibly different strengths or methods
of application.
An example of this. I use Beconase, Becotide, Betnovate and Becloforte.
They are all the same drug, for effectively the same problem but
designed for transport to different parts of the body, or at different
strengths.
