I was just wondering when do most pairs retire and stop breeding, i had one pair Alex & Sandy, and they were adopted by someone on the list, and she said they just now stopped breeding and I have been keeping track and they had about 16-17 litters! Is this normal, or do most gerbils stop before this many litters? My Siamese pair are expecting there 7th litter i belive.. maybe more..
