Ok, I haven't had Gerbils since I was in elementary school. I just got one
the other day (I'm a freshman in college now) and plan to breed them. As
soon as I figure out which color coat it is exactly, I'll let y'all know.
Right now, his fur seems patchy and dull... he doesn't look unhealthy, I was
wondering how often gerbils shed. He is a young one, I bought him recently
and he's put on a significant amout of mass. I'm feeding him a gerbil diet,
so there isn't anything that I think would do him harm. Thanks for any
advice!
