Today my grandma told me that a few days ago my neighbors gerbil Girl died.. =( I bought Girl when she was an adult when i first moved here.. almost four years ago.. She was a black/pied.. well.. my neighbor wanted a gerbil, and i loved girl to death, but i needed to cut back, and well, she was getting a little old to breed, so i wanted to retire her, so i did, she went next door and lived with them, and had two litters over there, from which they kept 2, Mickey and Princess, i belive, then she had one last litter, and they kept two more.. so they could have two males in one cage and two females in the other, this time they kept a boy and a girl, Sambo and Cindy.. Cindy Princess and Girl lived together and then... Princess died a while back, we belive from mites, which they tried there best to cure.. but got to bad.. and then Girl died.. and now Cindy just died today.. =( We might keep the generation running and breed one of the boys to a female so we can have a 3rd generation.. it'd be kinda neat, to keep it running... well.. thats it.. Girl and Cindy will be terribly missed by the both of us, and the lady that had them is around 70-80 years old, we both loved them to death, i will miss seeing her, when i go next door to visit, best wishes to everyone.
