this question I can answer.
it is very easy to build a site , and there are many options to do it for
free , as a matter of fact you can even earn from your site , but that is a
another story .
I have a gerbil site , which I built in tripod - go to www.tripod.com if you
want a free site there
or you can build it in xoom or geocities ( other companies for site spaces )
after you get your self a site with the name you choose and all the next
step is to actually build the site - put your stuff in it .
if you dont want to mess with html - the language that is being used for
building site you can use a software which give you all the options .
I used a software called "dreamweaver" which makes it easy as writing in
"Microsoft word" .
but there are many other programs .
the next step is too upload - to take what u built and put it on your site ,
for that you use another kind of program ..
and that is all to it !
you probably did not understand every thing I talked about , because I tried
to be short after all it is a gerbils mailing list and not a site building
list .
