I don't know where your brother is coming up with that. I haven't spent a
penny on my site, or the two mirrors! Unless you count getting pictures
developed and scanned. There are many places on the Internet to get web
site space for free. There are many good HTML tutorials, too. If you're
interested in learning HTML e-mail me privately and I'll dig up some
tutorials for you. Many places have editors that you can use, though, if
you don't know HTML and have no desire to learn.
