scent gland tumor

I have a quick question:
It appears that Zorion has gotten himself a little scent gland tumor :( It's
not very large and it appears to have drained by itself so now I'm just
wondering if I should put neosporin or something on it to prevent an
infection? I can't take him to the vet but if there's anything I can do for
him to make it go away or better please let me know!!! :o) Thanks!!!!
