You could fit what I know about gerbil genetics on the ear of this gerbie,
but I can tell you what I see.  She looks EXACTLY like my yellow fox pied
boy, Cory, only with black eyes.  I'm guessing pied Dark Eyed Honey.
Hopefully someone with actual genetic skills can lend you a hand.  She's a
darling, though, are you going to breed her?

And as for the  "housing gerbils in one room" thing, I thought I'd fling a
few cents in there too. :)  All my gerbils have always been kept in my
room...I have one shelving unit (5 10 gal tanks) and then two two tank
shelves.  When I had more tanks than shelves, I built a "pryamid" of
tanks...four on the bottom, then three, two, one... and it worked out
perfectly.  Also, I've never washed my hands between tanks unless someone's
sick, and I've never had a problem.  Perhaps that's just luck.
