I think giving it a different name would only serve to confuse
folks--basically
it's a light DEH (or maybe nutmeg). But you are right--as this pup MUST
carry
either c(b) or c(h).

That does not mean it is dominant. (And if it's due to a recessive c(h) you
WOULDN"T get only light DEHs, you should get some whites in there too).
Dominant would mean if you bred these DEHs to anything, you would always get
SOME DEH. (well statistically speaking) Which is not the case.

Yes that'd be expected, since 25% wouldn't carry c(h)

Since c(b) and c(h) work "sort of" similarly (think about how c(b0 makes a
lilac a "sapphire" and c(h) makes a dove, SLIGHTLY different) then I think
it
could be either, in her case anyway. I wouldn't rule it out completely, at
least.
