About the paper shredder - we didn't buy it for the gerbils. We already
had it to shred bills and other papers for privacy reasons. When we got the
gerbils, we just took advantage of a "natural" resource we had available to
us. :-) In addition to the shredded paper, they also get cardboard,
cardstock and wadded-up paper on a regular basis, as well as TP rolls when
available, and, yes, they shred it all in a few days! (A busy gerbil is a
happy gerbil - don't you agree?) Thanks for asking.

days, Gerbils shreded it all !
My question is - why to spend 50 $ for buying paper shredder and
then give stripes to gerbils when they can shred it by themselves ?
