About the paper shredder - we didn't buy it for the gerbils. We already had it to shred bills and other papers for privacy reasons. My question is - why to spend 50 $ for buying paper shredder and then give stripes to gerbils when they can shred it by themselves You could.potentially give the gerbils the bills and let them make short work of them.  I'm thinking that mine will be shredding the earlier drafts of my thesis :) Sarah The Classic Theatrical Struggle: The Show Must Go On vs. This Is Stupid, I'm Going Home!
