How many of you are in the area's with foot and mouth protections or smells
of the poor souls who is being burned.

Maybe it is time to find a way to cure this - rather than burn it.
Burning a cow for mouth and hoof is an oxymoron, Think about it - if it
spreads in the wind - then what does burning do? Fire creates wind, and
smoke can put it higher into the trade winds.
