Unless it will dissolve with a 20 minute soak, it is not safe.
Even if the package says 'safe'. Manufacturers say that all
over packages of fluffy bedding and it certainly isn't.
Next time I go to someplace like PetSmart I will check it out,
but. Best to err on being cautious.
