please help ASAP!

[Piester Molly]

I just got a tumor removed from the belly of one of my
boys and he can't leave his sutures alone.  We've
gotten to the point that he's scabbing up a bit, but
every time I leave him alone he starts chewing.  I
want him to have the chance to heal!  Does anyone have
ANY suggestions???
