So, if you spend $60Cdn a month, that is about $45US.

Still, that is a lot.

Deb
Rebel's Rodent Ranch<<<<

well . . . I spend anywhere from $6 to 15$ on bedding
for 6 cages - 1 20gal L and 5 10-gal tanks. as well
as $6-$10 on food. for a month. 16 gerbils. usually
my high costs is if I have to buy a whole new cage
setup (ie the aquarium, top, water bottle and food
dish) and that runs me about $25 to $30.

so I'm spending close to what she's spending on just
the 16 cages, and I'm not buying any extras. I
haven't bought a new chew toy in months. I use
cardboard found around the house (cereal boxes,
pop-tart boxes, toilet paper rolls) and I'm buying the
other stuff at the lowest prices I can find in a 30
mile radius.

*shrug* just thought I'd throw my two cents worth in.
