No.

Best bet is to get one more gerbil, and pair them up.

If you want to breed, get another female.  If you want to only
have one breeding pair, get another male.

I've heard of two m/one f trios working out, but it's usually
a lot less stress all the way around to keep it down to pairs.

IF you want to have grey agouti/red pied fox crosses, then
pick one male and introduce him to the female via the normal
methods.  And get a companion for the other male and introduce
them too.

It depends on whether it is a result of an accident or genetic
(i.e., she was born that way).  If it was an accident (she broke it
and it healed with a kink) then she should be fine.  If it was
due to genetics, then she is showing a defect that would
probably pass/be carried by the pups.  So she shouldn't be
bred.

Where did you get these animals?  Can you get any background
information on them at all, especially the female?
